How to use: Hot use: Eases sinus congestion and helps relieve head colds. Place the mask in a microwave for 10 seconds (800W) or in hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Cold use: Soothes tired and puffy eyes, and helps relieve fatigue and headaches. Place the mask in a refrigerator or freezer for approximately 30 minutes before use.
