Cl-ear Pain Relief Ear Drops coat the outer ear canal with a protective film, helping to soothe irritation and swollen tissue resulting from burning, itching, swelling and pain.

Cl-ear Pain Relief Ear Drops reduce swelling in the ear and alleviate pain. This unique formulation contains glycerol and lidocaine. Glycerol absorbs water from swollen tissue via osmosis and removes excess fluid from the ear canal reducing inflammation and swelling. The lidocaine then acts as an anaesthetic surfactant to additionally alleviate pain.

How to use: Check that the nozzle or bottle are not damaged or broken before use. Tilt the head to one side, with the affected ear facing upwards. Avoid touching the ear with the nozzle and do not put nozzle into the ear canal. Drop 2 drops into the affected ear. Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum, keeping the head tilted. Plug the ear lightly with cotton wool if required to prevent leakage. Gently wipe the nozzle with clean cotton wool after use. Use 3 times a day for up to 3 days. Repeat with other ear if required. if there are no improvements after 3 days or if you feel worse, consult your doctor. Should you symptoms persist or worsen or you experience any irritation or other effects, stop using the drops and inform your doctor or pharmacist. Drops should only be used in the ear. Avoid contact with the eyes, in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with warm water and consult a doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are using any other medication in your ears. Do not swallow. Do not use if the eardrum had been damaged or perforated or if there is an infection or any problem with the ears such as eczema, itching sensation, dermatitis or any other skin problem. Do not insert hearing aids immediately after use but allow at least 15 minutes for any residue to be removed. Do not use in children below 6 months of age.
