Description
A supplement containing 2500IU (62.5mcg) vitamin D3 which is derived from lichen.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth and bones.

How to use: As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule per day with food. Do not exceed daily doses. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and healthy lifestyle. Corticosteroids can reduce vitamin D absorption. Medications such as fat inhibitors can also reduce its absorption and should therefor be taken several hours apart. Patients are advised to consult a licensed health care professional before starting a nutritional supplement, especially if you are on medication. Not intended for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
