NeilMed Sinus Rinse, 70 hypertonic packets of Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate mixture.

How to use: Dissolve one sachet in 240 ml to make Hypertonic solution (1.8%), or one sachet in 480 ml to make Isotonic solution.
