How to use: For optimum comfort trim one size larger than show size. Test fit, trim again if needed. Trim sides and back of insole as required to fit. Expert tips: slowly prepare your insoles for use by wearing a few hours each day. This allows the insole to gently mould to your foot’s shape creating a perfect, even fit.
