Handmade from extra soft, high quality, anti-bacterial, easy to clean synthetic fibres, this brush is also vegan friendly. It has a sleek silver ferrule and black handle. The E39’s small angled tip makes it the perfect tool for lining those hard to reach areas around the eyes and for those who find lining the eyes a tricky task.
