Description
Sona E 200 capsules provide 200 IU of natural Vitamin E.
Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin that is well known for it’s antioxidant properties. It has enjoyed a reputation for preventing the effects of ageing on skin, healing scars and scar tissue, and preventing damage to the body from free radicals. The body is also exposed to free radicals from environmental exposures, such as cigarette smoke, air pollution, and ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Vitamin E helps provide protection for the cells against these free radicals. Sona E 200 is made with only natural Vitamin E. Natural Vitamin E is some 35% more bio-available than synthetic Vitamin E.

How to use: Adults: Take one capsule daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Ingredients: Per Capsule Amount % Nrv: Natural Vitamin E (200 Iu) 134mg A-Te 1117%, Nrv = Ec Nutrient Reference Value. D-Alpha Tocopherol, Sunflower Oil, Beef Gelatin, Humectant (Vegetable Glycerol).
